Foreword: Foreword: I am relatively young (currently 16), and know this may concern some potential clients. However with regard to bookings, I am fully supported by my parents e.g. they help with planning, logistics, technical support, transportation, *Health and Safety, etc.
Private Events & Parties: -

So, what does "from £200" mean?
Basically, for £200 Zara will provide up to 1.5 hours of live entertainment at a 'local' Private Function or Party. Generally, this will be singing, playing guitar (acoustic and/or Bass guitar), accompanied by her own bespoke Backing Tracks.
Note: Other options will soon be available at a similar price e.g. Singing + Piano + Backing Track.
Currently, Zara's SET LIST songs are mostly covers of modern Pop / Pop Rock i.e. from the year 2000 to present. However, Zara has recently started to introduce some of my own original songs (and these have been going down well with audiences too).
The price includes bringing compact, but high quality, Combo Amplifier/s and/or, P.A. Speakers.
Limitations: at this price point, the venue must be local (within 15 miles of Poole, or 45 minutes travel time), and there must be reasonable Access and Parking (e.g. onsite or nearby).
Summary: All that I have described above will cost just £200.
Note: Zara will undertake work from further afield, but there will be additional costs.
Lastly: Zara is confident and reliable, and always aims to exceed audience expectations.

Access & Parking.
Limited 'Access & Parking' can cause significant issues with regard to logistics and equipment security, and therefore any costs associated with overcoming these issues will need to be charged for.
General Information: -
1) Essentially, for a temporary period (10 to 20 minutes), we will need to get a VW Transporter Van close to the Venue for the unloading/reloading of heavy equipment. Once unloaded, we will need to be able to park within a short walking distance.
2) When booking a Venue, please can you make enquires about any limitations with regard to Access & Parking, and also verify that the information that you are given is relevant for the "specific date and time of the Event" (why.. see example below).
Example: Zara is based a few short miles from several wonderful Venues located near Sandbanks Beach. On an average day, the travel time to any of these Venues is 8 minutes. However, on any beautiful sunny day during a School or Bank holiday, the travel time will increase from just 8 minutes, to at least 1.5 hours.
Also, between 10:00 to 19:30hrs during this busy period, every off-site car parking space will be completely full, and even if you were to pre-book an onsite parking space for us, I would be highly sceptical about this parking space really being available on the day!
Note: Logistical problems would not necessarily be a deal breaker if a client is prepared to bear the 'Additional Costs,' but this this example does emphasise the importance of obtaining accurate local information.
